Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SportZone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and unused to meet our health and safety standards.

• 3.
  Ship to SportZone

  Affix the provided shipping label or address your package to our Auckland distribution center, then drop it off at any NZ Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
