How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer nationwide delivery via NZ Post and CourierPost. North Island deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while South Island and rural addresses may take 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for sporting equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and compression gear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know it is ready for pickup from our Auckland warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment options including Afterpay and Laybuy.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products sold on SportZone.co.nz are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Additionally, many of our premium brands provide specific manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 months to a lifetime.
